The Butter Board

Kerry Gold Butter

sea salt

1 orange—zest of

minced shallot

fresh cut rosemary

pretzel bites or baguette slices

My first butter board. Set butter out night before so it reaches room temperature. Scrub and dry a wooden board. Using a scraper, spread butter directly onto clean board, leaving an edge around the board. Sprinkle butter with 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (or himalayan pink salt or kosher salt..the chunky makes it yummy). Sprinkle butter with zest of 1 orange, 2 Tablepsoons fresh cut rosemary, 1/2 tablespoon minced shallot. Serve with soft pretzel bites or baguette slices.
