Holiday Hangover pancakes
It’s Jan 2. Day two of clean eating. But the headache is real and I want a cozy breakfast. I’m taking a little rest from gluten and any granulated sugar.
Ingredients
2 eggs
1 Tablespoon whole milk
1/2 tsp almond extract
2 Tablespoons almond flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vinegar
Mix well until there are no flour lumps, no separated eggs. Heat pan on medium heat. Use butter as pan grease. Drop batter by 1/4 cup to make a short stack of clean eating pancakes.
